At Ultimate Beginnings, we take pride in offering Homemaker/Personal Care services, often referred to as HPC services, to individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities. Our goal with this service is to help people become more independent in their home and in the community. While providing HPC services, we provide a range of essential supports, including encouraging self-advocacy, assisting with daily grooming tasks such as bathing, helping access the community, and providing any necessary medical assistance like first aid and medication administration or reminders.

We understand the significance of getting our individuals out into the community. Our aim is to make sure our individuals can participate in various community activities, such as grocery shopping and community outings, access essential medical services, and have reliable transportation to and from desired activities. We're committed to ensuring you safe and convenient transportation as part of our support and have a wheelchair accessible vehicle for those who need it.
